When occupied by 8 people, one part will be closed off. The dwelling is situated on a large plot in a quiet residential area very close to Javea's golfcourse. It offers a nice private pool with terrace and outside kitchen with constructed barbecue. On this terrace there is even the opportunity to play ping pong on the full size table tennis table and spend wonderful family time together!

This accommodation is let to one family at a time only, but the rental amount depends on the number of occupants and therefore the accommodation is advertised several times with a different number of people and prices.
